Cucumber Cream Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon flavor gelatin 3 Ounce
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon (For Serving)
  Drained, finely chopped cucumbers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Early in day: Dissolve gelatin and salt in 1 cup hot water.
Add vinegar and onion.
Chill until syrupy; then beat in sour cream, 1/4 cup mayonnaise and cucumbers.
Pour into 6 individual molds.
Refrigerate until firm.
Unmold on salad greens.
Top each with mayonnaise.
