Cranberry Pineapple Salad
|Canned crushed pineapple in juice||8 Ounce, drained,reserve juice (1 can)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Raspberry flavored gelatin||3 Ounce (1 package)|
|Canned cranberry sauce||14 Ounce (1 can)|
|Chopped celery||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
In a saucepan, mix together reserved juice, 1/2 cup water, and lemon juice; bring to a boil.
Remove from heat; add gelatin; stir until gelatin dissolves.
Add cranberry sauce; stir thoroughly.
Refrigerate until mixture begins to set.
Stir in pineapple and celery.
Refrigerate until firm.
