Spinach And Grapefruit Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 680 Gram (2 large bunches)
  Red grapefruit 3 Medium
  Sesame seed 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable broth/Chicken broth 2 Tablespoon (either homemade or canned)
  Corn oil/Safflower oil 1 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (optional)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash spinach; pat dry and discard stems.
Peel and section grapefruit; cut into bite-sized pieces.
In an ungreased skillet over medium heat toast sesame seed until golden brown, tossing frequently.
In a blender container combine broth, oil, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper.
Process until mixed.
In a salad bowl combine spinach and grapefruit.
Add dressing; toss to mix.
Sprinkle with sesame seed.
