Red Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Hot potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced (small ones)
  Dairy sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked beets 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced (small ones)
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , chopped coarsely
  Crisp bacon strip 3
Directions

1.
Mix the sour cream with the vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Combine the sour cream mixture with the remaining ingredients, adding the crumbled bacon at the last minute.
Serve slightly warm.
