Radicchio Anchovy Salad

Ingredients
  Radicchio lettuce 1 , washed and leaves separated
  Curly endive 2 Ounce, washed and leaves separated (1/2 bunch)
  Witloof 1 , washed and leaves separated (chicory)
  Radishes 8 , washed and sliced
  Chopped italian flat leaf parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Fluid Ounce (60 ml)
  Lemon juice 2 Fluid Ounce (60 ml)
  Dry white wine 2 Fluid Ounce (60 ml)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Anchovy fillets 3 , drained and chopped
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Arrange radicchio, endive and witloof (chicory) attractively on a large platter. Top with radishes and parsley.
2. To make dressing, place oil, lemon juice, wine, anchovies, garlic and sugar in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving.
