Prawn And Avocado Salad With Dill Dressing

Ingredients
  Cooked king prawns 12 Kilogram
  Ripe avocados 8 , peeled, sliced
  Mignonette lettuce 4
For dill dressing
  Sour cream 300 Milliliter (1 carton)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  French dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh dill 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Peel and devein prawns, arrange on lettuce-covered serving plate with avocado, pour Dressing over top.
Dill Dressing: Whisk all ingredients together.
