Ingredients
  Torn lettuce 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Torn spinach 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Canned luncheon meat 12 Ounce, cut in strips (1 can)
  Sliced green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Crumbled blue cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Bacon slices 5 , crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

In salad bowl combine lettuce, spinach, luncheon meat, onion, and crumbled blue cheese; chill.
Before serving, add bacon to salad ingredients in bowl.
In screw-top jar combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, Worcestershire, and pepper; cover and shake vigorously till blended.
Pour over salad, tossing to coat all ingredients.
