Honey Cream Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream/Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped
Directions

1. Soak the peel in the honey a few minutes, add the salt.
2. Whip the cream or evaporated milk and fold the honey into it.
3. Use on fruit salads.
