Honey Cream Salad Dressing
|Grated lemon peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Heavy cream/Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped|
1. Soak the peel in the honey a few minutes, add the salt.
2. Whip the cream or evaporated milk and fold the honey into it.
3. Use on fruit salads.
