Fish Salad

Ingredients
  Flaked fish 2 Cup (32 tbs) (cooked or canned)
  Diced pared cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Crisp lettuce 1
  Bread and butter pickles 1 , drained, sliced
  Hard cooked eggs 1
Directions

1. Toss the fish, cucumber, celery and mayonnaise together in a large bowl.
2. Arrange the washed and dried lettuce in a salad bowl and pile the fish mixture on the lettuce.
3. Put a border of pickles around the edge of the fish. Chop the hard-cooked egg and sprinkle it over the top
