Cucumber Wild Rice Salad

Ingredients
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 7 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 tablespoons plus 1 1/2 teaspoons)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small
  Cooked wild rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 , sliced
Directions

In medium bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt and dill. Thinly slice onion and separate into rings. Add wild rice, onion and cucumber to sour cream mixture. Cover; chill.
