Fruit Salad with Coconut Dressing

Ingredients
  Bananas 2 , sliced
  Strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
  Diced fresh pineapple 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Toasted flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
  Cantaloupe 1 Large, cut into 4 wedges
  Lettuce cups 4
Directions

Combine cut fruits with lemon juice and chill.
Make dressing: Whip cream and add next 3 ingredients; chill.
Put a cantaloupe wedge in each lettuce cup on serving plates.
Fill with fruits and serve with dressing.
