Broccoli Cheddar Salad

Ingredients
  Broccoli 3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced
  Bacon bits 3 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sweet n low 1 Packet
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Lightly steam broccoli for 1 minute. Drain and place in freezer to cool (approx. 1 minute) while preparing the remainder of the salad.
2. Mix mayonnaise, sweetener and vinegar.
3. Combine broccoli, cheese, onions and bacon. Toss. Add the dressing, toss again and serve.
