Salmon Shell Salad

Ingredients
  Shell macaroni 8 Ounce, uncooked (2 1/2 Cups)
  Salmon 7 3⁄4 Ounce, chilled (1 Can)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Liquid from salmon 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked and seasoned peas 1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Cool.
Drain salmon, reserving 1 tablespoon liquid, and flake.
Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, liquid from salmon, horseradish, mustard and salt in large bowl until smooth and of a creamy consistency.
Stir flaked salmon into mayonnaise mixture.
Add celery, cucumberand peas.
Toss with macaroni.
Chill.
Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
