Hot Potato Salad Ring
|Potatoes||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Finely chopped onion/Shallot||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped celery||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped parsley/Sweet pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Made mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Salad cream||3 Tablespoon|
|Tomatoes||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Hard boiled eggs||4|
|Grated cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Cook the potatoes in their skins.
Peel and dice while hot.
Add the onion or shallot, celery, parsley or sweet pepper; blend with the mustard and salad cream.
Pile in a ring on a hot dish.
Heat the tomatoes from the can and add to this the sliced eggs and turn into the centre of the ring.
Top with grated cheese.
