Lasagne Caesar Salad
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Lasagne||8 Ounce, uncooked|
|For salad dressing|
|Torn romaine lettuce||2 Quart|
|Garlic croutons||2 Cup (32 tbs), flavored|
|Grated parmesan||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Rub a large bowl with cut clove of garlic.
Cook lasagne according to package directions; drain.
Cut lasagne into strips (1/4x2 inches); put in bowl.
Add egg yolk to lasagne strips and toss.
Pour on salad dressing and mix thoroughly.
Add lettuce, 1 cup croutons and 2 tablespoons cheese; toss.
Sprinkle with remaining croutons and cheese.
