Endive Cheese and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
  Curly endive 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Gruyere cheese 1⁄4 Pound (125 Gram)
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, chilled
  Blender mayonnaise 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
Directions

Wash, dry and crisp the endive and break into bite size pieces.
Cut the cheese into small cubes and slice the tomatoes into wedges.
Place endive, cheese and tomatoes in a salad bowl and toss, then add the mayonnaise.
