Avocado Spinach Salad With Croutons

Ingredients
  Spinach 3⁄4 Pound, in bite-size pieces
  Iceberg lettuce head 1⁄2 , in bite-size pieces
  Hard-cooked eggs 4 , cut into 4 wedges
  Croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Swiss cheese 1⁄4 Pound, shredded
  Swiss cheese 1⁄4 Pound, cut into 1/4-inch strips
  Ripe avocados 2 , peeled, cut in half, sliced crosswise
  Red onion 1⁄2 , thinly sliced
  Cheese garlic salad dressing mix 1
Directions

About 20 minutes before serving: In large salad bowl, toss spinach with lettuce, eggs, croutons, cheeses, avocados and onion.
Make dressing as label directs; pass with salad.
