Vinaigrette Dressed Chicken And Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4 , skinned and chopped
  Celery stick 2 , chopped
  Chicken 8 Ounce, cooked and diced
  Potatoes 6 Ounce, cooked and diced
  Frozen mixed vegetables 8 Ounce, cooked
For dressing
  Salad oil 4 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar/Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Castor sugar 1 Pinch (Large Pinch)
  Lettuce 1 , washed
Directions

Mix together, in a salad bowl, tomatoes, celery, chicken, potatoes, and mixed vegetables.
Whisk together with a fork, the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt and pepper, or shake together in a screw-topped jar.
Mix the dressing gently with the chicken and vegetables and leave in a cool place until the dressing has been absorbed.
Line salad- bowl with lettuce leaves and arrange salad in the centre.
