Vinaigrette Dressed Chicken And Potato Salad
|Tomatoes||4 , skinned and chopped|
|Celery stick||2 , chopped|
|Chicken||8 Ounce, cooked and diced|
|Potatoes||6 Ounce, cooked and diced|
|Frozen mixed vegetables||8 Ounce, cooked|
|Salad oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Cider vinegar/Wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Castor sugar||1 Pinch (Large Pinch)|
|Lettuce||1 , washed|
Mix together, in a salad bowl, tomatoes, celery, chicken, potatoes, and mixed vegetables.
Whisk together with a fork, the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt and pepper, or shake together in a screw-topped jar.
Mix the dressing gently with the chicken and vegetables and leave in a cool place until the dressing has been absorbed.
Line salad- bowl with lettuce leaves and arrange salad in the centre.
