Two Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
  Tarragon vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Boston lettuce head 1 , trimmed, rinsed, and dried
  Bibb lettuce head 4 , trimmed, rinsed, and dried
  Belgian endive 1 , trimmed, rinsed, and dried
  Snow peas 1⁄4 Pound, trimmed
  Bean sprouts 1⁄4 Pound, blanched
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil; shake to blend.
Tear salad greens into bite-sized pieces directly into a salad bowl.
Add snow peas and bean sprouts; toss to mix.
Season with salt, pepper, and tarragon.
Just before serving, shake the dressing to blend; pour over salad.
Toss salad to coat with dressing.
