Quick Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Diced cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Or Canned)
  Minced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Raw Ones)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crisp lettuce 1
Directions

1. Mix the chicken, celery and mayonnaise. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
