Quick Chicken Salad
|Diced cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Or Canned)|
|Minced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Raw Ones)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Mix the chicken, celery and mayonnaise. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
2. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
