Carrot And Sultana Salad

Ingredients
  Orange juice 2 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Cup / 60 Milliliter)
  Carrots 6 , grated
  Sultanas 4 Ounce (125 Grams)
  Chopped nuts 2 Ounce (60 Grams)
For orange dressing
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Place carrots and sultanas in a serving bowl.
2. To make dressing, place orange juice and honey in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Spoon dressing over carrot mixture and toss to combine. Sprinkle with nuts, cover and refrigerate until required.
