|Sweet red peppers||2|
|Olive oil||6 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped|
Cut each pepper in half and remove the core and seeds.
Cut each half into 3 strips.
Heat the olive oil in a wide shallow pan, add the peppers and cook over a moderate heat for about 15 minutes, turning the peppers over occasionally so that they cook evenly.
Add the garlic and seasoning and continue cooking for a further 15 minutes, until really tender.
They will take a surprisingly long time to cook.
Turn them into a serving dish and cool.
