|Pickled herring||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , chopped|
|Pickled beets/Grated raw carrots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped celery/1/4 cup chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|French dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chili sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Head of lettuce||1|
1. Mix the fish, chopped eggs, beets or carrots and celery or onion.
2. Blend French Dressing and chili sauce. Add the dressing to the fish and vegetable mixture. Mix lightly and pile on crisp lettuce leaves.
