Bean Salad With Tomato Dressing

Ingredients
  Mignonette lettuce 1
  Mung bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned red kidney beans 150 Gram (1/2 Can)
  Butter beans 155 Gram (1/2 Can, Cannellini Style)
  Shallots 4 , chopped
  Radishes 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm), sliced
For dressing
  Ripe tomatoes 2 , peeled
  Onion 1⁄2 Small
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Basil leaves 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Parsley sprigs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Line salad bowl with lettuce leaves.
Toss together sprouts, drained and rinsed beans, shallots and radishes; place in salad bowl.
Serve Dressing separately.
Dressing: Puree or process all ingredients until smooth.
