Crab Papaya Salad

Ingredients
  Crabmeat 1 Pound, drained
  Chopped sweet red pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Reduced fat mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mango chutney 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Horseradish mustard 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Papayas 3 Small, peeled, cut in half lengthwise, and seeded
  Green leaf lettuce 4
Directions

Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
Cover and chill.
To serve, spoon 1/2 cup crab mixture into each papaya half.
Place papaya halves on individual lettuce-lined salad plates, if desired.
