Mock Crab Salad

Ingredients
  Cold cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned tuna 13 Ounce, drained and flaked (1 Can)
  Pimientos 4 Ounce, diced (1 Jar, Optional)
  Green onions/2 tablespoons instant minced onion, rehydrated 4 , finely sliced
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Lettuce leaves 1
  Parsley sprigs 3
Directions

Combine rice, tuna, pimientos and green onions with mayonnaise to moisten in medium bowl.
Add seasonings to taste and mix well.
Serve on lettuce-lined salad plates and garnish with sprigs of parsley
