Sprout And Snow Pea Salad
|Sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Snow peas||250 Gram|
|Bean sprouts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shallots||2 , chopped|
|Green ginger||2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place sesame seeds in pan, stir constantly over heat until golden brown, remove from hot pan immediately, cool.
Top and tail snow peas, drop into pan of oiling water for 1 minute, drain, rinse under cold water, drain.
Break broccoli into flowerettes, boil or steam for 3 minutes, or until just tender, drain.
Combine snow peas, broccoli, bean sprouts and shallots in salad bowl, toss lightly with Dressing, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Dressing: Combine all ingredients in screw top jar, shake well, strain.
