  Cucumber 1 Small, peeled and thinly sliced
  Natural yoghurt 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter / 1.25 Cups)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Juice Of 0.5 Lemon)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), clove, peeled and crushed
  Greek olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients together, and serve chilled.
