Cucumber And Yogurt Salad
|Cucumber||1 Small, peeled and thinly sliced|
|Natural yoghurt||1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter / 1.25 Cups)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Tablespoon (Juice Of 0.5 Lemon)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), clove, peeled and crushed|
|Greek olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
Combine all ingredients together, and serve chilled.
