Cucumber Salad With Wine Vinegar
|Wine vinegar||4 Tablespoon|
|Ground black pepper||1 Tablespoon|
|Crushed chili||To Taste|
Peel cucumber, and slice as thinly as possible (a mandoline is useful for this purpose).
The slices should be almost transparent.
Place slices in a bowl, cover with plenty of salt, and fill with water.
Set aside for about 30 min.
Turn them into a colander, and squeeze slices hard to remove liquid.
Place in the rinsed bowl.
Add vinegar, water, sugar, pepper, and chillies.
Mix well, and allow to chill for about 30 min.
Serve with csirke paprikas (paprika chicken).
