Potato Salad With Salmon Dressing

Ingredients
  New potatoes 2 Kilogram (Small Ones)
  Shallots 6 , sliced
  Hard boiled eggs 12 , quartered
  Gherkins 250 Gram, sliced (1/2 Of 500 Gram Jar)
For salmon dressing
  Canned red salmon 440 Gram, drained (2 Cans Of 220 Grams)
  Tartare sauce 500 Gram (1 Jar)
  Chopped mint 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Boil or steam potatoes until tender, remove skins, place in salad bowl, add shallots, eggs, gherkins, pour Dressing over, toss lightly and serve.
Salmon Dressing: Puree salmon and tartare sauce in processor or blender, add mint, process until smooth.
