All In One Salad Bowl
|Head of lettuce||1|
|Canned string beans||20 Ounce, drained (1 No 2 Can Or 1 1/2 Cups)|
|Diced cooked potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Flaked fish||7 Ounce, flaked (1 Cup Or 1 Can)|
|Onion||1 , peeled and diced (Purple One)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||3 , shelled and sliced|
|Mustard pickle||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peeled garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced|
|Salad oil/Olive oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pepper||1⁄2 Dash (1 Speck)|
Break up the thoroughly washed lettuce and arrange in the salad bowl.
Arrange alternate layers of the string beans, tomatoes cut in eighths, the potatoes, fish, onion, and eggs.
Thoroughly toss the salad with a dressing made by beating together the remaining ingredients with a fork.
