3 Cup (48 tbs)
3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped finely
Red wine vinegar
1. In a large mixing bowl, place pasta. Add in the jardinera, mozzarella cheese and mix well.
2. Put salami and onion and keep mixing. Pour some olive oil and vinegar and combine with the pasta mixture.
3. Season with sea salt and ground pepper.
4. Pour in the remaining olive oil and mix well. Transfer the pasta salad to serving bowls.
Summer is definitely pasta salad season and this cold pasta salad with jardinera, super easy vinaigrette dressing and mozzarella cheese is perfect to make as a barbeque, picnic or potluck side. It is light, quick and low on fat.
