Walnut Green Salad

Simple yet flavorful, serve this delicious salad to your guests. It"s packed with omega 3's, fiber and antioxidants.
Ingredients
  Mixed salad greens/A bag of salad greens 6 Cup (96 tbs), torn into bite size pieces
  Raw walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Red onion 1⁄2 Small, finely chopped
  Tart apple/0.25 cup dried cherries 1 Large, chopped (Green Variety)
  Seasoned rice vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine salad greens, walnuts, onion, and apple or cherries in a large bowl.
In a small bowl or cup, mix vinegar and juice. Dress the salad just before serving.
