Simple Curried Turkey Salad

Ingredients
  Plain low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped cooked turkey/Chicken 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Halved seeded grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped water chestnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 6
Directions

In a mixing bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise, milk, curry powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
Fold in turkey or chicken, grapes, water chestnuts, and green pepper.
Cover and chill.
