Ingredients
  Cooked premium long grain rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Green peas 10 Ounce, thawed, drained (1 Package)
  Cooked medium shrimp 1 Pound
  Cholesterol free reduced calorie mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped red pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon pepper seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix together ingredients until well blended; chill.
