Mushroom And Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Tender spinach 500 Gram
  Mushrooms 250 Gram
  White radish 4
  Dried tarragon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Non synthetic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Pluck spinach leaves, wash well and drain thoroughly.
Wash mushrooms and slice finely.
Wash radish, scrape and slice finely.
Combine all ingredients for dressing in a small bowl and whisk well.
Place vegetables in a salad bowl and toss to mix.
Pour dressing over salad and toss again till vegetables are lightly coated with dressing.
Serve at room temperature.
