Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ketchup 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground white pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lump crabmeat 16 Ounce, picked over (1 Container)
  Lettuce leaves 5
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , peeled and sliced
  Cucumber 1 , sliced
  Ripe tomato 1 , sliced
Directions

1. In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, onion, Worcestershire, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. In center of platter, mound crab. Arrange lettuce, eggs, cucumber, and tomato around crab. Serve with dressing.
