Easy Macaroni Salad
|Elbow macaroni||7 Ounce (Package)|
|Mayonnaise/Boiled salad dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped sweet pickle||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Celery seeds||1 Teaspoon|
1. Cook the macaroni according to the directions on the box. Drain and rinse with cold water; chill thoroughly.
2. Mix mayonnaise, onion, parsley, pickle, olives, mustard and celery seeds. If dressing is too thick, thin it with 1 or 2 tablespoons of juice from the pickles.
3. Add the dressing to chilled macaroni and toss together until each piece of macaroni is well coated with dressing. Arrange on salad greens.
