Ingredients
  Cooked wild rice/Enriched white rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked green peas 2 Ounce
  Ham 1 1⁄2 Ounce, diced
  Cheddar cheese/1 medium egg, hard-cooked and chopped 1 Ounce, grated
  Chopped dill pickle 1 Tablespoon
  Minced chives 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In bowl combine rice, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Stir in mayonnaise.
Add remaining ingredients; toss.
Chill.
