Banana Beet And Water Chestnut Salad
|Banana||1 Medium, sliced|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned sliced beets||8 Ounce, drained|
|Canned water chestnuts||4 Ounce, drained, sliced|
|Shredded lettuce||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Red wine vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
Place banana in a medium bowl.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add beets and water chestnuts; toss lightly to combine.
Arrange lettuce on a large serving platter; top with banana mixture.
Place remaining ingredients in a small jar with tight-fitting cover; shake well to combine.
Pour over banana mixture.
