Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
  Frozen cauliflower florets 10 Ounce, thawed (1 3/4 Cups)
  Sliced green onion/Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Capers 1 Tablespoon
  Low calorie salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lettuce head 1⁄4
Directions

In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce.
Cover and chill 2 to 3 hours.
Just before serving, tear lettuce into bite-size pieces and place in salad bowl.
Add cauliflower mixture; toss lightly.
Serve immediately.
