Super Ham Salad
|Torn lettuce||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, peeled and cut into wedges|
|Hard cooked eggs||3 , cut into wedges|
|Onion||1 Small, sliced and separated into rings|
|Fully cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into thin strips|
|Sharp american cheese||4 Ounce, cut into narrow strips to make 1 cup|
|Italian salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|French salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In large salad bowl arrange torn lettuce, tomato wedges, hard-cooked eggs, onion rings, ham strips, and cheese.
Sprinkle the salad with salt and pepper.
Combine the Italian and French salad dressings in screw-top jar; cover and shake well.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
