Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Basil 2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Medium mushrooms 2 Pound
  Cherry tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a large glass serving bowl, mix oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and seasonings.
Stir in mushrooms, tomatoes, and onion.
Chill 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
