Ingredients
  Ripe banana 2 Large
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Desiccated coconut 10 Tablespoon
Directions

Peel and slice the bananas into an attractive serving bowl.
Brush with the lemon juice to prevent the bananas from browning, then sprinkle over the coconut.
