Guava Salad

Ingredients
  Guavas 500 Gram (4 Medium Sized)
  Fat free curd 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Made Using Fat Free Milk)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar free sweetener 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Powder Form)
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Green chili 1 , seeded and chopped
Directions

Scrape guavas, remove and discard seeds and cut flesh into 1" cubes.
Pour curd into a glass bowl and mix in salt and sweetener.
Heat oil in a small pan over moderate heat and add mustard seeds.
When they start spluttering add green chilli and pour contents of pan over salad.
Mix gently and chill.
