|Guavas||500 Gram (4 Medium Sized)|
|Fat free curd||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Made Using Fat Free Milk)|
|Sugar free sweetener||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Powder Form)|
|Olive oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Mustard seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Green chili||1 , seeded and chopped|
Scrape guavas, remove and discard seeds and cut flesh into 1" cubes.
Pour curd into a glass bowl and mix in salt and sweetener.
Heat oil in a small pan over moderate heat and add mustard seeds.
When they start spluttering add green chilli and pour contents of pan over salad.
Mix gently and chill.
