Basic Chicken Salad
|Cooked and cubed chicken||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs) (2 Medium Stalks)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parsley flakes/Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Chill before serving.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
If desired, garnish with pimiento or paprika.
