Salmon Salad With Watercress In Lettuce Cups

Ingredients
  Canned salmon/Steamed fresh salmon 12 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Homemade mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
  Coarsely chopped watercress 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Medium, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Juice Extracted From 1 Lemon)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Radicchio leaves 6
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, chopped
  Chopped watercress 1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm) (For Garnish)
Directions

Place ingredients for salmon salad in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Adjust seasonings.
Place a large dollop of salmon salad in each radicchio leaf, garnish with tomatoes and a little extra watercress.
Fold it up like a taco and enjoy.
