Pepper And Mushroom Salad
|Button mushrooms||8 Ounce, sliced (250 Grams)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Red wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Black peppercorns||1 Teaspoon|
1. Steam peppers over boiling water for 5 minutes. Cool slightly; cut into fine strips.
2. Mix peppers and mushrooms in a bowl. Whisk garlic, vinegar, oil and crushed peppercorns together in a small bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
