Warm Potato Salad
|Bacon rashers||4 , cut into small pieces|
|Onion||1 Medium, peeled and finely chopped|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1|
|Celery salt||1 Teaspoon|
Cook potatoes in their jackets until tender, and allow to cool.
Peel and slice potatoes.
Mix with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and celery salt, and allow to marinate for at least 1 hr.
Fry bacon and onion together until onion is soft and golden.
Just before serving, pour warm bacon and onion mixture over potatoes.
