|Vegetable oil/1/2 cup each vegetable oil and olive oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard/Prepared spicy brown mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Put all the ingredients into a jar, cap the jar securely, and shake vigorously.
Store in the refrigerator.
Shake again just before serving.
