Oil And Vinegar Dressing For Green Salads

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil/1/2 cup each vegetable oil and olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard/Prepared spicy brown mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Put all the ingredients into a jar, cap the jar securely, and shake vigorously.
Store in the refrigerator.
Shake again just before serving.
